Wheel balance weight was loose

Discovered the lead weight was moving on a rear wheel so a dab of evostick soon fixed it back securely, the tyre on that wheel was replaced recently.

That has the potential of becoming FOD inside your rotor assembly which cause serious damage or a mechanical failure. Good catch.

I was thinking the same, it pays to tinker around at times checking this and that, the tires, wheel torque etc.
