BigTex,

Thanks for this info man. Curious but where did you get it? I signed a purchase order today for a euro delivery 2016 M5 and my dealer says he doesn't have the lease numbers or incentive programs yet. He says that BMW hasn't issued them. He told me this earlier today. So I'm curious who your source is. If the 2016 M5 really has a 63% for 10K miles....that will be all good.

Could you also find out for the m6? I have one on the way but haven't locked it in, but I would rather do 2 year than 3.

I am hesitant to believe the 2016 m6 numbers, $4k build out cash on a 2016 sounds too good to be true. But I am still waiting to hear back from my dealer.

Did he give you residuals? I am guessing it's still 55% for 10K on the 2016?

Well at least it went up by a percent. I guess there is a bright side in having to wait until september for ED, more chance of the residual going up.

When the Alpina came out last year, I think it was 43% or 46%, so in comparison we are doing good. ;-)

Yeah- I was doing the same method since April- but no rate/incentive have been worth jumping on.

considering my car gets to the dealer the last week of July- I wonder if it's worth delaying picking up the car until August 1st/2nd just incase...but I doubt I have that kind of patience/will power

Just found out for a two year lease it's at 61%!

When we had crunched numbers back in March, it was 55!

Looks like I'm getting some money back

what were the rates for june?

I still don't have specific numbers but here's what I got so far

119k MSRP
MCB
CP
Exec
Drivers Assist
Extended Leather
Interior CF Trim and Kidney grills
Enhanced BT
B&O Sound

$1130 per month for 36/10. only first month's payment and taxes in drive off costs totaling $5800. they don't have the car secured yet but the fact that they have't put hard numbers on deposit paperwork is a bit worrying.
