Absolutely LOVE the pics and am totally jealous! The brutal wait for re-delivery is totally worth it. If my kids were not so young I would have done the same in a heartbeat.

I was at BMW of the Main Line twice in the past 3 days, and they had a Space Gray F10 there....thought it could be yours, but then I remembered that black wheels, which look amazing IMO. I had SG, Sakhir and black rims on my E90 M3 and loved the combo.

Let me know when it comes in...since we live a couple miles apart, we MUST get together to kill some time.....and gas.

Phil, beautiful pictures. That was a great trip!

I'm doing ED of my MY15 M5 in Aug. I'm also planning on doing 4 laps of the Ring. Did you get additional insurance for that or did you figure the ED insurance provided by Allianz would cover anything that happened on the Ring?

Yeah, I also had PLANNED on 4+ laps... But the rain was such a bummer that we cut our plan short. Note- the weather in Nurburg tends to be wet a lot.

And yes... I figured anything that happened would be covered by the ED insurance from Allianz. Personally, I wasn't going to let insurance stop me from enjoying the ring. Had something happened, I would have taken care of it out of my own pocket if necessary. It would have sucked...BUT... I live by the saying 'got to PAY to PLAY'!
