21" HRE P101 Clear Brushed - Made the purchase...

Came across them and really liked how they looked on the Ferrari:

Went with
21x9.5 Front (20.8 Lbs - 3.9Lbs lighter than the stock 343M 20")
21x11 Rear (23.0 Lbs - 2.6Lbs lighter than the stock 343M 20")

Chose these because the monoblock was forged and lighter than stock OEM wheels while simultaneously providing a larger size. Liked the aesthetics as well.

Ordered from Ben @ Wheels Boutique

Should come in January sometime, will post updated pics on the car then.
Will also post the 343M for sale with TPMS and tires then too.

Love that wheel! I will probably go with a 20 inch in a graphite finish when the time comes for a summer set up. Brushed is beautiful, but shows much more dirt and brake dust.

Outstanding choice! I love the HRE brushed finishes they look stunning! I like how you went with the P101s, the S101 three piece variant is played out now IMO. I have Brushed Tinted Clear on my P40S's.

What makes you say brushed shows more brake dust? I haven't noticed any difference, actually, an improvement from my experience. I had satin silver as the previous finish on my HRE wheels then I sent them back to HRE to get refinished in Brushed Tinted Clear, best choice I've ever made! Haven't looked back since lol.

The graphite is darker and is essentially the same color if the brake dust so the dust hardly shows at all.

Not sure if I agree with the methodology. It's like saying a black car shows more dust, so should buy a beige or gray car because the dust blends in more and this way you dont have to wash the car as often?

I felt like with the lighter finish on the wheel, when the brake dust gets on it, it will just look like a tinted version. At times like this I would have thought more about the Ceramic brakes.

Obviously everyone has their own preference, no right or wrong.

I really wanted a 3 piece wheel with a nice lip, but the S101 just didnt seem to be the style to do it with for the lip look. Plus I wanted the weight savings.

I found a couple styles I liked, such as the:

Morr MS8.C

or the ADV7 Track Spec

Can't wait to see the color choice.

Got them in today, some crappy iphone pics. Doesn't do the brushed clear justice in these pics, but to get an idea:

Good choice! I agree its very hard to capture the brushed finishes well. Here is a pic my photographer took last week on my Brushed Tinted Clear wheels. Dang website won't let me upload it, too big of a file lol.

Thanks guys, I'll try to get some better pics up shortly. New pics should have the new LCI grill in it that is due in today too.

What happened to the red ones?! Just keeping an extra set to swap out whenever?

Cant wait to see the pics.

Mine look like a brushed dark clear now with the brake dust.
