DMEs removal help

I am trying to remove my S63TU DMEs, a bundled sleeved wires clipped to the DME harness got in the way and it's restricting my DMEs from sliding out.

I think I have to either remove the clip(where the zip tie is stuck at

) or I'll have to unplug the two connectors(never unplugged these before, they click everytime you push/pull their tabs). I failed to execute both of the above, they won't even budge. Anyone with experience please offer some tips. Thanks in advance.

Unplug the connectors, you will need to press in both sides and rock the connector back and forth gently. They can be tough to remove but will come with some perseverance.

That looks like a spider clip to me which has sort of pointy metal prongs on the inside, so to get that off you would have to pry in the middle with a flathead screwdriver. I would definitely unplug the connectors instead.
