2015 Imola Red M5
So I picked up my car from the Welt on Saturday. It was an awesome experience I was one of the first to pick up my car that day so I arrived early only to see my car and another car there. When I saw my car, I was like a little kid waiting to open his present on Christmas day. It was an intoxicating experience. It was awesome to see the Welt and them Museum. The best part of the trip outside of driving my car was the M Studio tour which I missed because my flight was delayed. So when I went there I met one of the managers and she took me around the studio and said I could take pics inside there. I told her there was some “funny” looking M's outside and can I go look at them too. She agreed under the condition that I turn my phone off and leave my camera behind as they are strict about photos of new products being leaked. I got to see the X5M and the X6M. They are lovely. They look big and aggressive. I was not fond of the new blue color until seeing it in person; it looks good. I also saw the LCI M6 the LCI M3/4. I also saw a new test mule M3 which she said is a new system they plan on integrating into the current M3/4. To me it looked like a Nitrous system, but I am not expert on that stuff. It did not look like the new GTS M3/4. I wish I could have taken pics seeing stuff in person is cool but without pics it means nothing…
Since I’m a military brat and had the pleasure of growing up in Europe I did not travel to all the countries to sightsee. Instead I stayed in Germany, visiting friends. Overall the car is a blast to drive and on the German roads it really comes alive. So my car was delivered with a full tank of Gas as BMWNA told them that Americans do not like picking up their cars and then having to look for a gas station so all American ED’s from this point on will have a full tank of gas. The BMW safety cars where present during the delivery. My delivery guy started the 1M which was straight pipe that thing sounded sick. Everybody froze in place as it had a cold start inside the Welt. On my way out we did two laps around the Welt while behind the safety 1M car then it went into the pit and the beast was released!!!

 Damn glad you got to pick her up and enjoy the Welt Experience! But Sweet Baby Jesus what a great looking M5!   I knew you were picking her up recently and I was thinking about you and how everything turned out. I can't wait until you get her back here. We will need to do a photoshoot! I nominate this post for the front page!  I also can't believe you got to see the LCI M3/M4! That's awesome! I wonder how it looks.

I like Imola Red on the F10. Good choice. David told me about your car. I thought we might've been taking delivery the same day?

I nearly bought the exact same Imola red color with CP and carbon fiber interior trim from the Braman in West Palm earlier this year. Beautiful car! Enjoy in good health!
