M5 wider than regular 5?

Mags list the width of the M5 as 74.4, official width of the regular 5 is 73.2. It doesn't look any wider...does the M5 have unique fenders or are the numbers wrong?

They are slightly wider, not by much but they are. Here's my video I shot at the LA auto show..

Ok thanks...I did a search but didn't see that post. I guess the M5 is a touch wider, although I can't tell by looking at it in the pics.

Do we have any ideas what size/width aftermarket wheels might fit for the F10 M5? With all that power it would be nice to fit some serious meat like a 20" x 12" rear and 20" x 10" front. Maybe possible with the extra fender space or is this just wishful thinking lol...

The OEM 20" wheels are 20x9 and 20x10, so 20x10 and 20x12 might fit with a little tire stretch.
