I think BMW is going to get this one right. Not like the 5GT.

its possible but the previous M5 had the same hood as the 5 series so who knows about this version. in these photos the camo is just covering the stock 5 series hood nothing different under it. just look forward to M5 mirrors and production wheels.

[QUOTE=Jason;7378522]The 2012 F10 M5 continues making its testing rounds, but for the first time has been spotted with camoflaged production intent rear bumper and sideskirts. Stay tuned as the M5's striptease continues!

it's as if bmw wants the enthusiast to see.
and telling us, "hey we're going have a new hood, front fender M badge, side skirt,
trunk, rear diffuser and a slight variation on the front bumper."

-facken teasers.

The e60 M5 bangle design should not set the stage for M styling differentiation from the non-M 5 series variant. The e39, on the other hand, exudes classic beauty with conservative, yet tastefully aggressive delineation over the non-M cars.

I think the F10 represents a return to basics - design a beautiful sedan and add subtle cues hinting at the power and performance under the skin. If people want flare and panache, either modify the car aftermarket or buy an M6 or M3 exhibiting more extroverted performance designs. Leave the less overt physical manifestation of capabilities to the 2 doors in the lineup.

The M5, pre-bangle, epitomized the executive carriage with the race bred genetics...a modern day depiction of class, grace, style and capability. This M iteration of the new 5 appears to be on the right track - cheers.

What makes you ay that? I bet it does get bigger brakes both front and rear with the slight increas in horsepower but more importantly the HUGE bump in torque they are going to be needed. Bring this baby on I already have 2 sold VROOM VROOM.
