Gents,
I'm about to get a new wheels ( aftermarket) for my M5 , it took me a long time to save $$$ for it lol , i have some questions and need some help please :
- i'm looking for a 2pc wheels , is there any problem with the 2pc ??
- size will be 20 but don't know about offset? I want an agressive look without using spacers
all opinions are welcome.
Thanks in advance

Abdullah

2pc forged rims just consist of more pieces which allows you to have more of a lip or step lip, I personally prefer monoblock aka 1 piece forged wheels 'one piece forged rims will always be stronger then multiple pieces.

Also on your question about offset it would be best to call in to talk to a rep about what offset you should be doing, size wise I personally have 20x9" in the front with a 20x10.5" in the rear with a +28 all around sits pretty flush for me but could be more aggressive you could go 9.5" front and 11" rear talk to a rep at whoever you plan to buy your rims about offset once you decide the size you want.

Its quite easy offset just means how far your hub is pushed out from where the hub of the rim meets the hub center of the car higher offset + means your pushing your rims more into the car, a more lower - offset means your trying to push the rim out of the car more, offset is used depending on the size and width of your rim to give your car a more flush look to be flush with the fender thus loosing wheel gap and giving you a more clean flush look. Hopefully you understand what I mean lol here's a photo to make things easier.

This is with 15mm spacers front and back, about 10mm or slower than CP ride heights. The rim edge at the back will be 5mm nearer the arch on 11x20 et27 and 3mm nearer the arch at the front et 27 10x20 BUT as you will see the tyre will not bulge as much around the tyre rim with a 265 on a 10 or a 295 on an 11 .

I've had 3 sets on my M5, and I believe the varying offsets between the 3 can give you a good idea of where you want to be.

20x9.5 +28 / 20x10.5 +25 : 275/305 MPS4S

21x9.5 +23 / 21x11 +25 : 265/305 Vredestein Ultrac Vorti R

21x9.5 +28 / 21x11 +30 : 265/305 Vredestein Ultrac Vorti R
