So how are you guys getting 12-14K off of sticker? I have been able to get people down about 7% off of sticker ($9-10K off the cars I am looking at) only and that is including the current BMW $1,500 discount and have called dealers in three states so far. Am I just not being persistent enough, or am I calling the wrong dealers? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Dealers are dealing on in stock M5s, especially when loaded. Got 12 off 124 MSRP last month. Check Autotrader for new M5s from Bay Area, CA dealers. There's a 121 for 111. Plenty to be had. Good luck.

Horrible lease deal, you can do much better than that especially on a 120k msrp car

I ended up buying the car under invoice with every option I wanted minus the black powder coated wheels and piano black trim. The car is scheduled to be delivered sometime next weekend.

Has to be with MSD's and a heck of a deal (like $1-2k under invoice), though.

Are you sure? For that to be true, they have to be giving the car roughly $10k under invoice. Where did you see this?

I am going to call BS on this offer.

I just picked up a basic $96,450 M5 at 12.6% MSRP discount at a selling price of $84,500. I leased the car for 36/10k with just TTL down, no MSDs $920 + tax per month. The deal was $3500 bellow invoice.

Getting a 1050 payment on a 125k car requires some serious cap cost reduction. Otherwise, this would be 20% or more off MSRP. I think it's one of those deals that suddenly changes when you get there.

Why would you ever put a downpayment on a lease?
