As some of you know was going through the issues w/ my SSP clutch frying. As I mentioned I was reserving judgement until I got a chance to speak with Kris.

I know a few people had negative stories but over all many people said the product was very good.

I just got off the phone with Kris and he walked me through everything. Very rational and reasonable guy. The kind of person I appreciate doing business with.

Even though technically were out of warranty and potentially the clutch being fried isnt his fault hes taking care of it for FREE.

He's earned my respect and my business now and in the future.

Agreed guys... glad it sorted out. Email is a tough form of communication sometimes. Always prefer to get on the phone when possible.
