Getting rid of my M5

...To replace it with an LCI version.

Got a good deal which, when combined with the current 0% finance offer, convinced me that the trade was worthwhile.

Wanted the new car to look / feel as different as possible, so included the competition pack and LED headlights.

New car is due in September.

Congrats!

What other sorts of options did you go for? Assume you managed to get a reasonable discount off list too in addition to using the 0% offer?

I currently only see a 3.05% offer to finance through BMW. Can you elaborate?

He's in the UK...

you would rather pay 3.0% financing than the UK price on the M5.

Thanks. I am trading my Titanium Silver with Black interior for an Alpine White LCI with Amaro brown interior.

Options include:
- Alacantara headlining (in amaro)
- surround view
- Comfort access
- Soft close doors
- M seats
- HK sound
- Privacy glass
- Competition package
- LED headlights
- Split folding rear seat
- Powered boot lid

Got a good discount of list which made the decision fairly sensible.

Not looking forward to the run-in period.

Hell yeah!

But I'd rather have UK roads to drive on (I lived near NYC for a few years and the roads were generally appalling).

Getting rid of my 2013 for a 2014 M6 comp pkg. I find that to reduce the break in period you just drive it faster-lol!

I feel like everyone is making the switch from 2013 to 2014 LCI M5/M6 and I'm gonna be left with an obsolete car I'll compensate with a full exhaust soon I guess.

Lucky dog! Mine is on order and won't be built until Sept. because of the Piano Black Trim being an Individual option...ugh! Oh well, gives me time to have the wheels and Vorsteiner kit in hand and ready! Going to be a loooonnngggggg wait! I went with AW over every other option because I love the hue. Also, the CF pieces will stand out nicely. What color did you pick?

Not at all, love my 2013 and wouldn't trade it for the LCI for free. Don't like the cosmetic differences. The only (ridiculously small) thing that bothers me: The remote app on the 2013 doesn't allow for turning on the AC remotely. Supposedly pssible with the 2014 LCI.

Lol same, I hate the new Lights and steering wheel. The new grills are pretty sweet though (without the M5 logo OBV). New is not always better .

Very nice! I have the Piano Black currently on my 2013 m5 and love it as well (Silverstone on Silverstone full leather.) ordered AW on Black Full leather on my M6! Same here on the ceramic brakes. Got everything else but Did not order them. Having this much time to think before I get it could cost me thoigh! :-)

we just gonna change lights, no big deal!

been quoted for front LED's 5k euro, so if you really want to have '14 look, you can easily do it

Considered that but since I am only losing $15K on my trade it was worth it with all the extra stuff.

I don't think the 2013 is obsolete by any means regardless.
