Yes, definitely a leak there from at least one of the lines.

Your best bet is to remove the protective 'jackets' and see if any of the others have leaked.

You can order a replacement set of hoses and clamps through the dealer. Some of the protective jackets may be toast too if you've had multiple leaks for a period of time.
