With the stock exhaust the only whine you may hear comes from the Active M Differential. You really can't even hear the turbos with the stock exhaust and stock Downpipes, it is so muffled. Trust me, with the windows up in the F10 and a stock exhaust, it is as quiet as a 7-Series.

Thanks guys- it's more of a whine, so as some folks have stated, perhaps it's the turbos spooling up on acceleration.
700 miles put down in 2 weeks. 500 to go till break-in service done. Then some light mods and WOT. |

It's the turbos. I know exactly what you're talking about. Almost has the same musical note as a supercharger but much quieter.
