UPDATE
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE LIST BELOW IF YOU ARE ATTENDING. ( trying to plan something fun)

Hi All,
A few of us were trying to put together a Board 2-day M school event.
After trying to get in to a couple of dates that some members have already done or scheduled to do which were sold out, I found that April 4-6 only has 1 other person registered (out of 15 spots).
So I registerd and have at least 2 others commited (runningthingz and RobM5).
Who else is in? Several of you have shown interest in Stealth's post. PM me for any questions.
Make sure you have your BMWCCA membership in hand and book by phone as they cannot apply the BMW club discount online. Hope we can fill up with Board members - Just like 9/1 ED

This is who I have so far signed up; (will update as I hear more confirmed)
1. BarryB (Barry) + Victoria
2. Runningthingz (Marko)
3. RobM5 (Rob)
4. M54ccibo (Chris)
5. mgallen
6. chudak18 (Mark)
7. RPiM5 (Dave)
8. Tigumz (Glenn)
9.
10. Sergm3
11.NadoCaysM5 (Cesar)
12. Bokke

have you guys considered Skip Barber or Jim Russell racing schools? There are many SCCA instructors who would do skid pad days too. Audi also does a full track day at Infineon that gives you much better track time as opposed to the M school.

Some guys got "certificates" for Mschool for the oil pump issue and just trying to use that (or not as not all had the issue). I have done Jim Russell at Infeneon and Skip Barber at Laguna - both highly recomended but here we get to get more brand branding in M cars
Josh, come join the fun........ it is partly social too!

Close to $3k with the BMWCCA discount. That includes 2 nights in the Hotel all meals. You just need to get to Spartanburg.

I am booked, but I just learned that ///MFest VII isn't going to happen until the end of May this year and my birthday is April 7th. So I was thinking I should prolly treat myself.

Just booked it! Anyone book flights yet? Probably going to go AA through Dallas. Maybe get an offline email thread going for these details?

Consider flying direct to Charlotte and driving to Spartanburg.

That's an option. Return on the 7th?

Hey guys, I live in Raleigh, was actually thinking about this April 4th date. Does the school start on the 4th or the 5th since it lists dates from the 4th-6th?

Might take you up on this Rob. I'm having a hard time finding a direct flight though. Let me know what you decide on and we can get on the same flight.

Anyone know if they are making any allowance toward the two day school with the oil pump certificates?

@ufgtrs2007 - arrive on the 4th, driving 5th/6th.
@X5Blair/@chudak18 - indeed, I took advantage of using the certificate and got a bit more off with the BMW CCA discount.

Blair, do it!

There are many more options flying in to Charlotte.
You can leave either on the 6th in the eve or 7th however we pay for the night of the 7th however at the BMW rate which is very cheap.

I'm going AA from SNA to GSP through DFW. Miles. Only direct options to Charlotte for me were on UAL via LAX. No thanks. I'm heading out on Sunday morning, 8AM.
