111K is the cap cost. MF sould be .00137 for July and 67% residual.
Drive off is about 3k includes 1st month payment, plate, and acquisition fee, etc. I can do all the calculations. Just wondering if the 111K which is only 6.x% off the MSRP is good.

Gotcha. I just closed my deal this week and got 12% off MSRP (got 10% just by phone calls alone) also had a 12% off offer from another dealer I didn't go with. If they can get to 105K I would do it but not at 111K. PM me if you want more details on the car I didn't get at 12%

6% is OK. I got 9. But i'm looking for another car, so been hunting all day today. I messaged several dealers across the west coast, so i'm waiting to hear their numbers today.

What dealers are you guys working with. My local dealer is stating that there are no allocation for the M5 and they did not get any allocations and apparently none in the US as well for July?

Seems a little strange, so I'm trying to ascertain if this is an overall allocation issue, maybe a regional issue or just limited to the dealer I'm working with?

Thanks.

There may be no more allocations just look for dealers that have cars on the lot. Expand your search area I'm sure you will find some options.
