No, they cannot void your warranty over an exhaust system unless there is an issue that is caused by the exhaust system which will be highly unlikely and unheard of.

Also, before BMW can void a warranty they have to prove that the modification caused the issue. At that point, they only void that claim and not your entire drivetrain warranty.

Let me start by saying mods will not void your warranty. A dealership can choose not to do a certain job under warranty because of a mod but they will not just cancel the whole warranty.

Exhausts are almost never a problem since they do not push the car any harder
