F10 m5 short term lease takeover

Looking to take over someones lease, do not have problem with a MSD but i'm looking for a short term lease. Something between 12-18 months is preferred. I'm willing to negotiate the numbers depending on the lease details.

I'd like to find something within a 500 mile radius of Columbus Ohio. Trying to stay east of the Mississippi, Texas being the exception state.
