I think avi8tir is right on point. The GC does look more aggressive and better than the m5. Performance wise they are both the same, but in the interior room category the M5 wins for sure. It also does have a lot more room than the f80. I also wanted to get the M6 GC because I love its looks, but love my m5 and the extra space inside.

My two new babies. Got rid of my m5 and x5 and got the x5m and m4 with m drivers pack

There isn't enough trunk space for a family vs the M5. We looked at it and the space issue for me isn't in the cabin..

Yeah you definitely cannot fit your bike in the back of the trunk in an M3 like you can with the M5.

Nice! As an aside, I was rather surprised at the number of BMWs on the roads in SA when I was there in December. South Africans really love their BMWs! :-)

Get the F10 M5 for sure. I love mind and the M6 GC sure looks great but it's not as practical as you might think, it's still a coupe after all. I love my M5 and wouldn't drive anything else. I don't mind having an X5 M on the side though
