Curious, how does it work when you guys sell over the internet? Delivery is obviously taken care of at a different dealer, but is that a courtesy or is there a separate fee?

Ive been to dealerships for service where they wont give me a BMW loaner because I did not purchase this, would this be an issue?

That is a shame!!
I had many BMW most of which were not purchased locally and Hendrick BMW Charlotte always welcoming servicing cars even with Dinan on them no questions asked!
Actually don't like buying from them!!
But live their service department!!
One of reasons why I don't have an RS7 -

It is a shame, especially since BMW makes a lot of money on their service. Its the one factor that made me not even giv them a chance at my M5 purchase even though its only 7 miles from me. Ive not gone back to this particular dealership, Park Ave BMW in NJ, and do not purchse from them.

The way I look at it, no loaner=no business, I will take it somewhere else.

Courtesy deliveries range anywhere from free to 500$ most dealers usually charge 150-300$ for a courtesy delivery, however we have come across a lot lately that are even cheaper then that.

At the end of the day a dealership should not care if you bought a car from another dealer and instead should be very very grateful that you are bringing your car into them for service. Dealers make a large amount of there income from service and would stupid to turn away customers especially for something silly as bc you didn't buy the car from them. IF that is the case its prob not a dealer should be dealing with anyway just my 2 cents.
