Aftermarket paddles for F10 M5

Does anyone make these? More in the line with the new M6 style?

Not that I've found. I ordered some from South Korea's TID Styling, but they didn't work on the US spec F10 M5.

Stock paddles are too short (came directly from the 328 parts bin) and should have been like the M6 from the factory.

If anyone uncovers a source, please let us know.

Agreed. Major fail on BMW ///M's part. Hate the paddle shifters on the F10 M5.

I am also surprised that they use this plastic material instead of the metal (or metal-like) material on the E9X M3s.

I doubt the M5 LCI will have larger paddles, but if it does, I'm buying them. For now I'll just superglue some extensions lol

I'm a 6MT guy with no dog in this hunt, but you guys may want to wait to see what happens with the LCI. Before I decided to take advantage of the deals on the MY13 M5s, I had planned on waiting for the MY14 LCI. One of the reasons was that I was hoping that they'd fit the M6 steering wheel in the M5. Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky and you'll have something from BMW to retrofit.

Someone must be making a better option. We just need to uncover it!

https://www.europeanautosource.com/product/bmwpedals-extended-billet-dct-shifter-paddles-e9x-m3

I got this in my email this afternoon. They are for e9x m3, but I am wondering if they can be fitted on the m5. The m5 paddles seem the same as the other DCT paddles BMW has across their model lineup. I had a 135i with DCT and had fitted those m3 paddles successfully before.

Good find. I'll be at EAS on Friday and will find out if these will work.
