F10 M5 LCI Facelift Preview Look
BIMMERPOST NEWS F10 M5 LCI Facelift Preview Look The F10 5 Series and F10 M5 LCI refresh models are coming soon, but spy photos have shown the external styling updates will be understated, with tweaks to the upper front fascia and headlight updates (sleeker looking and with optional full LED squared-off headlights), but the M5 will receive no changes to the lower front bumper design. Like the 5 Series, the F10 M5 will also receive light updates to its tail lights and lower rear bumper. The double slat grilles are just our own little touch. No prototypes have been spotted with double slat grilles or a badge on the grille. As for the interior, the most recent 5 Series LCI spy photos show that it will be offered with the new iDrive Touch system. The M5 LCI will receive the M6 steering wheel as standard. With these changes in mind, we've mocked up a preview render look at the F10 M5 LCI. As you can see, the LCI front fascia should not be radically different from the current M5. And no worries on the police pursuit vehicle. He just wants a look at the LCI M5 and the identity of The Stig. * Click images for higher resolution Compare to current M5: Revealed F10 5 Series LCI compared to current 5 Series: |

Only 2 noticeable differences from the front:
1. The bonnet line extending as a crease into the bumper 2. The slim LED indicator strip in the mirrors I assume the headlights will be LED on Executive package cars but I don't see this from the sketch.

The grille inserts have also been changed. No longer single slotted. Now double slotted.

That's actually just our own little touch. No prototypes have been spotted with double slat grilles or a badge on the grille.

Good catch. And they have a mini M5 logo. I will buy those inserts.

I'm excited for this!!
I let my 2013 F10 M5 go anticipating the facelift. Looking forward to LED lights (if they do this) and the active seats!

Police car
Let me guess, the police car is a... F30 with M Sport? Can't tell if it is an E90 or F30...
Anyway, this LCI M5 looks really promising |

This is upsetting. I am picking up my car in May from Munich and probably wont see it in the States until the time when LCI's are being shipped.
I can change the steering wheel myself, but the new IDRIVE is what pisses me off the most.

wish they would face lift the bumper and rear tails... some how be a bit more aggressive but I get it, unless the recent m5, the m5 is supposed to kinda be subtly aggressive, like the "undercover badass"
