562 is a big difference from what they showed their test car run. I think the test car ran around 653 or something. I'll search the forum.

That's off stock numbers pretty much. Suggest you reach out to bootmod3 support and inquire with them.

Can you flash back to stock with bootmod3 yourself, w/o sending back DMEs? Also, did you drive the car afterwards, feel a difference?

I can't wait to see the real numbers on a boot mod tune for an m5, altho I think (can't really recall) someone dyno'd about 620... I could be way off, but for some reason that is the # I remember.


I know they are doing well on the m3 platform.

Yea m5/m6 stage 1 was around 620, stage 2 dyno was around 650-660 ish with keeping the torq in range of 650 for clutch slippage.

I'm curious on what happen with his tune.

the same thing happened with me in kuwait i dyno the car with catless down pipe , MSR Intake and ESS Stage 1+ 93Oct tune my car made only 560 whp and the temp was 43 c.

We need to know the /before/ dyno, and it is preferable that it is run under similar conditions.

If you were 460 pre flash, and 560 post flash, all is well. If you were 540 pre flash and 560 post flash, something fucky.

i am 507 whp pre flash and 550 after flash but my car is pulling with stock hellcat by two to three cars and the car peformance is like the 640 whp cars.

i think our dyno reading is pretty low
