Help with downpipes.

Hi, new to this forum although been following for a while. Looking to get
catless downpipes for my 2014 M5 cp and have seen all thoughts on RPI and AMS downpipes. Wondering what thoughts you guys have on Active Autowerks downpipes. Not on their site but they do have them.

Check out Agency Power, same cats as AMS, but better O2 location and better price. Talk to James at Vivid Racing for details.

Love mine.

Check SuperSprints
They have very good 02 socket location + they hv discounts in NA atm and they have microcats, which you install into dp's before plugging 02 sensors in! They dont gurantee CEL will never appear, but they claim whoever is using them, didnt get CEL yet!

Ps: i went for supersprint only because they were cheapest option for me in europe and for me any catless dp's do same job, so if i were you, i would just go for cheapest option

Went with RPI and they sound and feel phenomenal.
Also bought CAN tool for CEL but running hard today, got check engine light saying drivetrain malfunction.. Turned car off and restarted and all gone. Maybe I installed CAN tool wrong?
Any advice?

The CAN Tool does not block the check engine light. It only blocks certain passive downpipe codes. So a mechanical or tuning issue will still show a light and limp mode!

Curious as to what made your purchase decision between the other manufactors. What was the bottom factor.
