That is the exact build that I am going to do. I call the dealer and got the build sheet since that car has the Carbon Fiber interior trim that I want so badly!!! |

I agree with your Private Jet M5 analogy. But I'd compare the M3 to the Blue Angels. It may not be as comfortable as the M5, but the M3 may be a lot more fun to drive - and I mean every day, not just track day.

You are all over the place! If you are looking at cars of this caliber then you should drive each one and decide which you like best. Don't let lease timing etc dictate what you get. These aren't Honda Accords!

Dude interior is levels above the M5 and dealer is really good near me too they get a 4.9 out of 5 on google rating both our BMW dealers get a 2.1. The service around her alone is a reason to not get another BMW.

One thing I don't like with the E63 is the interior. Well, it looks nice but it don't look 140k € nice. A bit to flat for my taste even though I really like the E63. I have no idea about your location but E-classes(?) are pretty common over here as cabs and no one except from car freaks will see the difference between a regular E-class and an E63.
That M5 looks sweet with Imola Red and rather special. Try them both and you will hopefully fall in love. |

Well, go for the one you like the most
Found a cool E63 and a Imola Red M5 on our version of Craigslist, that M5 Imola Red looks absolutely stunning irl. http://www.blocket.se/goteborg/Merce....htm?ca=12&w=3 http://www.blocket.se/alvsborg/BMW_M....htm?ca=12&w=3 |

In a much lighter car - yes. For me, the weight of the M5 just takes away too much of the fun to drive quotient.
Also, I think that the addition of full leather in the latest M3/4 may change our opinions on the relative level of luxury between the two cars.

I'm driving my M5 around today and with the upgrades I have done, I'm thinking there's no way on earth the F80 is going to sound as good and feel as luxurious. I've driven 1M's making over 400tq and my M5 is way more fun with the 600+ tq it's making right now.

M5 is a better car overall than E63. The DCT in M5 is great. E63 has a wet clutch which killed it for me. Interior is about the same. Handling M5 is better. Engine in probably equal, but M5 drives and feels well sorted out between engine and transmission, vs e63 felt disconnected. Just my 2 cents
