I have only had my car for 850km (car had 8000km when purchased), 15% city & 85% highway cruising speed I am doing 8.1km/L (19.05MPG) now. Though, I had not had a chance to really push it due to poor weather condition.

I did a 350 miles round trip today - 23.3mpg. I think if I had have been trying I could have got 26 or more.

Slightly better than the E60 but not much. I stop less often mostly because of increased tank capacity. As for Start/Stop that is disabled by default on US cars. Is it not default in UK?

Uk defaults to on for Auto stop/start. I leave it on most of the time. The only problem I have with it is that it is a little unpredictable on cold(ish) days.

Wow! It would drive me nits. First time I ever heard of us getting something "better" than the Euro cars-lol! Of course that is subjective.
