On white cars, both colors look good, but it would depend on the caliper color. Blue non-CCB's would match better with bronze TE's, while gold CCB's would be better with matte blue. More contrast is better IMO.

Looks like you're going with the stanced look... I think 3 piece wheels with deep lip would look better than monoblock wheels if you're going for that look.
