'14 just ordered, help needed with sunroof height

I just ordered my car.
MY 14', competition package and 343M wheels (by adding extra money, and not for free at least in Europe), etc

I have ordered sunroof. However, i am 1,96 m tall (6.5 feet aprox)

The local dealer told me that with sr, the roof is lowered. Any idea if this is going to be a problem with my height? I have only few hours to cancel the option

If the M5 sunroof is similar to the regular F10, no problem whatsoever.
I am 1,92 and I thoroughly enjoy the sunroof in my F10

I am a little over 2,00 (6-7) and don't have an issue with roof height.

Can you sit in a regular 5 series with a sunroof? With an M there should not be a difference.

Also, that is sad that you have to pay extra for the 343M wheels over the 601 wheels. Are they (601s) really cheaper wheels then?

Well, this is basically my problem. The local dealers I have visited had not a 5 series with sunroof, so I can only rely on drivers expirience with a similar height, take the risk, or ask the dealer to hold the order until I have checked one.

You will fit I think. But you will not fit with a helmet.

We have the opposite problem in North America. All F10s have sunroofs standard I think. I don't want a sunroof in the M5 and can't figure out how to delete one. I'm ONLY 6'4" and never open the sunroof in my E60 and don't see the point in having one when you are that close to the roof.

Cancel it!
