Rear IND Painted Reflector Install

OK, I know about the search function, and tried it, but did not find out what I'm looking for--thus far. Who has info/a post detailing how to replace the rear reflectors without scratching paint of the bumper cover or painted reflector? I'm having a really tough time understanding. Yes, I talked to IND today, but still don't see how it is done... Thanks...

Do it just as pictured, pry from the central portion of each reflector.
