For those lowered...?

How often do you scrap / hit / smash / etc... Your front fascia since you lowered your M5?

I really want the look... But I don't want to worry about smacking my front bumper.

Just gotta be careful. I always error on the side of caution and find myself 3 feet from the parking block. :-p

i have the ZCP package and the RKP front spoiler
i either ram the concrete barriers, or like mcvaughan miss the mark by two to three feet
i scrape coming in and out of the driveway at work, deep los angeles dips are a bitch too
the sound is sickening
not sure you want to go too low

Exactly what I'm NOT interested in dealing with.

You can lower less and not be slammed like a lot of guys, I have had kw v3s or jr's on all my cars and never had issues other then road bumps or the occasional pot hole
Other then that you get used to knowing the car and being more aware of low clearances

If your interested I have a set of new kw v3s for sale cheap
Pm me

I'm lowered on H&R's and honestly I haven't been scraping as much. Let's just say I have some experience lol.

I came from a kitted and lowered G35 coupe, so I had my fair share of creeping up driveways, angling over speed bumps, and remembering those huge dips on the freeways.

I am on H&R and almost never scrape. I am mindful of surfaces however...

I would suggest going KW HAS if you want to go low but not scrape...

Although, I must add, the H&R drop is subtle. If you are mindful of driveways and the occasional pothole or dip then you will be fine on H&R. Here's Vic55's former F10 M5 lowered on H&R springs (Pics by EAS).

So pretty. Vic - if you don't miss her you have a heart of stone. I'm a fan of your new FF but how can you see these pix of your old girl and not want to do her again...

H&Rs are a good option, I've been running them for 30K with no issues except the parking block issue, but that just takes some thought when parking.

True enough. But boredom quickly changes to familiar interest when you've been apart for a while...

Same here! Drop is pretty mild though. I may go lower on KW's one of these days, but I really like being able to drive it without worrying too much.

I think it is perfect. No need to go lower. Might have to do with my wheel/tire setup...

Those look great. 21's, correct? I'm definitely not going lower until I decide which way I want to go with wheels.
