Actually. The thread was a feeler. For about 5 of those months, I figured I'd have a second car by then by M4 allocations couldn't happen. I could have easily sold the car back in November, December. I just picked up an M4 on the 2nd of this month.

Bump new tires, I'll cover the transfer fee and the payment was just paid, so one free month if driving for you!

I tried to get him to move on MSDs and was ready to go if he would split them and he declined. It is costing a grand a month to sit there. coughing up a couple grand in MSDs seems like a no brainer to get it gone...

split the MSD's with that guy that offered and get rid of it.. its costing you $1,000 a month plus insurance.. its only money and at 22 I think i only made $22k a year - ha!
Good Car - great deal.. but you know how it goes, people want a crazy deal.. drop some of the MSD's and get rid of it (after a burnout or 2)

GL!

Even half? Wow, I was going to ask for more than that.

Someone on here had a 112k Car with more miles allowed and less months to go for 955 a month and no msds just this week.

I already swapped another car and the guy walked from 7K in MSDs. New car is loaded, all but Comp, and less per month than this car with CA tax. Granted, OPs color combo is ideal, but it is option-less and he is hung up on the MSD being "his money". I was ready to pull the trigger on this car with 3K down and he wasn't interested. Glad I waited...I got a better deal with $0 down at time of swap and $7K coming to me at lease end...

Oh guys, it's alright. The car is not burning any holes in my pocket being here that's why I'm patient.
I'm willing to go 2k off msd's If bought within the week.

I value my dollar more than most when it comes to throwing it away, although being given an opportunity on a new GT3 RS I'd gladly show Porsche the checkbook, but giving someone else my MSD's. Nope. now am I negotiable... slightly.

You look like you get a great deal. With the full 7 MSD returning to you at the lease end, you would be paying around $550 per month pre CA tax for a loaded F10 M5. Do you mind showing us a proof of that?

Not sure what kind of proof you want me to provide...nor am I sure how much I feel compelled to provide it. I don't want to get too off topic, but actual payment with CA tax is 976. 28 months remaining. $7K security deposit would be $250 a month. So just over $700 a month with tax for the car. Has Black 20s, Executive, lighting, Diver assist, BanO Sound, FULL LEATHER, and DCT. It is MCB which doesn't excite me. Seller had put 7500 down on a fleet deal (car was a demo) as well as $7k down in MSDs. He needed to walk. Car had less than 1500 miles on it when i had it loaded on a flatbed and delivered. I probably will not keep it for the entire lease. In fact, if someone wants it...

OP, sorry to get off topic.

See, that's the issue I have.

So many people heckling over the MSD's when it's fully refundable to the leasee, yet these are the same people who put 15k down on their last car to lower payments, yet won't see a dollar of that back.

And to continue on with what you're saying, 7K in MSD's back is equal to a $550 dollar payment. I'm not exactly going to let someone get away with that. LOL. 900 is already a blessing for this car, but 550.. get out of here! haha!

I almost got this lease transferred 3 times now. First time, wife declined, second time, credit declined, third time, someone forgot about the MSD's... lol.

It doesn't matter if you got a sucker to do the transfer. With MSD's this is not a good deal as a swap. From the dealer, maybe yes. But you are trying to get out of something and that means there will have to be some sort of trade off. Your car has absolutely no options - if you aren't that desperate that is fine. I wish you good luck but this is going to take an additional few months to be moved on top of the few it has already been on here.

What do you think is a fair price for this vehicle?

What kind of incentive are you giving on the MSD? I'm interested in the car. Also please send new updated pictures with interior shots.
