Opinion on winter 408M as spare...
Guys,
I'm heading up to Chicagoland this evening. I don't want to be stuck if I have a flat. I have a set of the 408M's sitting in my garage, which I haven't used yet. The fronts and rears have different offsets (25 and 32, respectively if I remember correctly). I'm thinking I should take the front (which could theoretically also be used in the rear?), along with a jack and standard tools. Am I thinking right? Thanks, Anton |

Yes. I use a four-square setup on my 408s (front tire size on all four corners). I actually started carrying one of my winters around given how crappy the roads are after this winter.

Thanks for the verification. I should have done the 4 square to allow for rotation. Oh, well. I feel a lot better about taking the trip this weekend.
