2016 Lease Takeover Frozen M5

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 870.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Well Santa brought me an unexpected pregnant wife and of course first thing to go is the garage toy...

I need to part ways with by far the fastest and most fun M I have ever owned. The details are as follows and I can speak in depth with anyone seriously interested.

Cashmere Frozen Metallic
2016 Base M5
Car was a Euro delivery and used for 300mi in Germany before coming to the US.
Sticker was 112K (MSRP ON ED Cars is 87k)

Custom color - 5K option
Full black marino
Exec package
B&O sound system
Smartphone intigration
Black OEM front grills
20" wheels (actually from an m6, as the dealer had black wheels on the M5 and they switched them out. The offset of the m6 wheels looks amazing on the M5)

Lease is 10K/3 year and the car has 4400mi on it currently (under by 1Kmi) and is sitting in my garage for the winter...on winter tires and trickle charger.

Residual was 67%

Lease payment of 870.00/mo not including tax (mine is 930.00/mo with MA tax)

I did have MSD's of $6,600 that can be verified by BMW financial that they will fully be paid out to the person returning the car.

Aside from the OEM parts:
DME tune by Turner Motorsport
MSR intakes (powder coated black cones) (this will add 2K to the cost of the car if you would like to keep them)
Black out side grills
35% window tint
Car has been only washed by a professional detailer and has been sealed with Dr. Beasley's wax twice already in addition to washes.

This car is in perfect condition and has been serviced for both the B&O center channel bluetooth issue and the brake pads have been changed out for the noise issue.

FROZEN paint is so much easier to maintain and I was one of the doubters until owning this car. Coolest color BMW I have owned out of 20+years the paint always looks different and I get more compliments on this car than any before. Check the threads if you are on the fence on frozen paint and see what the owners of these cars say about maintaining the paint.

Please contact me with any further ?'s through PM, I can provide many more pictures to those interested sorry for the bad phone shots below.

Thank you much appreciated! I spent longer looking for this car than I got to drive it quite disappointed to have to let it go. Damn kids and their constant need for money

That's a great deal on a gorgeous car.
I'm a bit confused on the ED MSRP: $25k discount??

The msrp on a base ED is 87k vs the 92k(I think) the discount I got was 12% off the total price of 112k. Hope that clarifies.

Very interested. You didn't mention any price for takeover, so I'm assuming you're asking $0 ($2k if buyer wants the intakes) and buyer pays the $500 fee to take the lease over? How many months left on the lease and residual value is $75k?

I am asking that the msds be paid to me when you assume the lease. All in the lease paperwork and will be paid out once the lease is over. Correct on the residual.

Got it, that's what I assumed, just the $6k MSDs which will be reimbursed after the lease is over, making it a net cost of $0... Will keep in touch, not sure if I want to go down the M5 route again. Sold mine a couple months back and got into a Z4 and a X5, and really missing the M5.... Was contemplating an M6, but M5 is far more practical...
