Rear Suspension Question

Hello everyone. I own a 2013 M6 Gran Coupe. Posting here because the M6 forum is a little less active. I happened to visually inspect my rear wheel well and I found this. Any idea what part number is this and what is it called? It looks like a bushing over the spring pad which is fully worn out and cracked. Car has over 16000 miles on it only. Drives fine.
My car is RHD though. Also attaching the Rear suspension diagram. If someone can point out what part is it? Thanks in advance
