2014 BMW M5 - Black Sapphire Metallic - 46200 Miles - 680+rwhp
I'm looking to sell my M5 privately before I take it into the dealer to trade it in. The car has 46,200 (Mostly highway) miles on it. I am the second owner of it, as it was purchased from BMW West Houston. I purchased it with 29XXX miles on it. I have had the car since December of 2015. All service work has been preformed by the dealer, including an oil change and differential fluid change which was completed yesterday (4-18-2018). The warranty expired in November of 17, and does not have an aftermarket warranty. The car has the following modifications: JB4 + BCM + Bluetooth Rev 3 Module Bootmod3 Tune - Stage 2 HCP (working as a back end flash) SSP Spec-R Clutches (Installed at 36k miles) Gutted Stock Downpipes K&N Filters with Charcoal Filter Delete 315 Toyo R888's (Need to be replaced soon) Before the downpipes the car dynoed 680rwhp @ 24psi on our personal Dynojet at our shop while I was working with Halim Remotely on the tune. I can include with the purchase the BMS FSB (with dual CP10 nozzles and the bigger tank) which has never been installed and another set of factory downpipes (the original ones) that are not gutted. Yup when I did the downpipes I literally bought another stock set and gutted them so I would have my factory ones just in case.

Got it that is helpful. I am in CA so obviously thinking of getting by the SMOG testing. Even with catted DP's back on any idea if the tune would cause a failure and if you have settings to make sure no CEL or codes are thrown?
