Will a 20x9.5 et 38 in a squared setup for f10 m5?

It will probably fit. You may need 10mm spacers in the front, but either way I wouldn't run a square setup on the F10. You'd want a wider wheel in the rear, so you can fit a wider tire.

Unless you want to turn as well as you go straight. If so then square is the way to go!
