Standard M Rear Spoiler
Hi Guys, does someone know what bonding BMW apply when fitting the standard M rear spoiler? I am looking to get this removed upon delivery and have a M performance carbon spoiler fitted. But wanted to to check if the original spoiler was fitted using adhesive tape or the beta link glue? Depending on which, will decide if do a DIY or go to a dealer.

Where was this a year ago??! I got some serious blisters removing that thing - but the MP spoiler was worth it.

I just installed the M Performance spoiler, and it's not 3M tape. It was the glue. Took about 30 minutes to remove it all. Used Goof Off to dissolve it. Have plenty of rags available.
The beta link was pretty easy to work with. Set up pretty quick. Directions say don't drive the car for five hours. I didn't, but it felt solid after just 2-2.5 hours.
