Does this carfax look weird?

In the market for a 2014+ competition.. Not a lot of choices in Canada, and before I dive into the US market and having to deal with all the required changes to get it imported in Canada (and the $$ req.) I want to try and find something somewhat local.

This is the ad... 2014 at 35k KM

Asked about them removing the vinyl wrap before purchasing to see quality
of paint, but they just ignored that question and said to check out the carfax...

What are your thoughts on this? I would go down and check the car in person but its about a days trip away from where I live.

Guess ill question the dealer if there is a tune on it etc... and see what they lie about.

Looks like the car belonged to one of the owners/workers at the shop it was tuned/wrapped at.

On their YouTube channel they have a video 4 years ago where he installed a bootmod tune and the car had 24k KM at that point.. basically drove it 2500km a year...

So i guess the mileage should be legit
