Repainting Calipers?

Folks - as a newbie here, excuse my ignorance but I purchased a 2014 with 58K and the front calipers are in rough shape as far as paint needed. Is that something I should expect my body/paint guy to be able to repaint to like new condition? If so, would anyone know the place(s) to purchase the paint?

Thanks so much

They should, I would ask them first to be safe about their experience painting calipers on and off the car. The best way to paint them is removing the calipers and having them refinished with a powder coat vs painting.

The cheaper alternative is painting them on the car which is not my favorite way to do it and will have imperfections. Most of my friends who have done it are happy overall with it but up close you can see the difference.

As for paint purchase, typically the shop has the way to source the paint using the paint code. The color is Monte Carlo Blue B05 for the calipers if they are blue.

If you want to buy it yourself and DIY, G2 is the way to go.
