Induction filter pipe for air filter

Is there any pipe that can be used to allow
The air filter to be located where the grills are
Either a custom one made or of shelf and use
Universal filter ?

Thanks

Since it isn't April fools day, I take it this is a serious question. Google search cold air intake. Your welcome. :-)
