Are you asking me? I have no idea... Lol.

Received my front lip and my KW HAS springs today, jb4 stage 2 yesterday. Car going in Monday and Tuesday for springs and jb4.

Still narrowing down my tune options. In the running ess, epic, bpm. I like epic because they are local, but I don't see much info on them for the F series Ms. It seems like Randy has been tuning bmws for quite sometime though. Really torn between ess and bpm. I want to choose between them first and then between epic and the winner of those two. I want safety first, that's my priority since the car already has insane power. It doesn't need to be pushed to extremes.

Car is in with the mechanic, getting my KW HAS installed, along with jb4 stage 2. Everything will be done tomorrow (including the kidney grill installation), along with him trying to pinpoint the seat issue.

As far as the seat issue, it's still going on. So odd what's happening. Sometimes I can't move the seat, some of the controls don't work, sometimes they do. Really strange last week, I moved the seat, no issues, several times. I moved it again on Thursday without issue, drove around for a bit. Shut the car off, went into a store, got back in, and upon starting the car, the fuse blew again, without me touching the seat.

So, now, after 18 days of ownership (who's counting lol), I'm still as happy as ever. The new car experience hasn't worn off yet. I was driving it yesterday, was pulling in to my complex and started smiling, and I was so happy, still in disbelief that I was driving an M6 again. After what I've been through financially these last 8 years, it's still shocking that I've rebounded and am driving this car... And it's 100% mine, no payments to boot!! Couldn't be happier.

Definitely on my radar for a flash. Still deciding which way to go with that. Going to see how much I like jb4 stage 2 first, and take it from there.

You will need a tune if you run map 2 and catless. I assume you have non-comp?

I am non-comp and only run map1 with BCM. I have been meaning to get a tune for months but haven't made it a priority. I am decided on BPM as I would love to keep the JB4 for logging and the tune to run 22 psi (for clutch pack preservation). Eventually I will buy SSP clutches once these wear out, but at that point I will go up to 25-30 psi

Yes, exactly. That's the same thing I am thinking. I don't have my catless DPs yet, but will in a week or two, just waiting on delivery. Map 1 for now. When I install the catless, I need a tune, I can't run map 2? I'm non comp, yes. Waiting on exhaust too, Armytrix.

On map 2, car runs too lean (trims are maxed out at 44) due to DME/Fuel programming. I keep it on map 1 and it is ok, but I would love to be running 22psi.

Lol. So true brother, so true!!

@houseofwon when I install the DPs, I can still use the jb4 to correct the cel and it will run correctly, right? Or do I need a flash for the pipes? Thanks.

The JB4 will only turn off the CEL on the dash, but the code is still registered. I ubderstand that if the car throws any other code, the JB4 will suppress it so you won't know if somwthing else is wrong. You need a tune to correct AFR and remove cold start (loud if you have dp's).

You guys think I should go lower? I don't want to rub, or risk anything much. I prefer to play it safe. First time I've ever messed with suspension. I have a lot of firsts for M cars. Never modded any car I've owned, started with the most expensive one I ever owned, my previous M6. So I get concerned.

Thanks, that's what I thought, along with the mechanic. He didn't want them to rub either, he said he lowered it very similar to a CP.

That pushes wheels out, right? So it's in line with fenders?

I like that look. Are they spacers you recommend or it doesn't matter? Thanks again.
