Never hurts to ask.

I called the performance center. They said there is a 20% M school discount for taking delivery of an M car.

Anyone who may be interested.

Back in late 2014, I won a local golf tournament(It was a bunch of hackers, myself included) sponsored by BMW and got to go to Pinehurst, NC to play in the National BMW International Cup. I came in 3rd place and won a package for BMW 2 day M school in Spartanburg, SC.

Due to life, my wife being pregnant, and having already been to M school, I'm going to sell the package and put the money towards something else. I've already called BMW and they verified that the package is transferable.

What comes with the package is:

1.) 2 Day M driving class for 1 in Spartanburg, SC
http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...xperience/PDS/

2.) Paid airfare for 2

3.) 3 Nights at the Greenville Marriott

4.) $500 American Express Gift Card

5.) Free spa day for guest (It's actually only one session, ie massage. They're assuming you're bringing a wife/gf)

This package offers more than the standard m school package since I think they wanted to make the trip as all inclusive as possible, hence the reason for the paid flight for 2 and $500 visa card.

If interested feel free to pme me :-)

Really glad I read this review. Thank you for posting stealth. I have read many of these reviews, and I had no idea that you get a discount for bmwcca or about all the free stuff you get such as the helmet! If anyone has pictures of the helmet I would love to see them.

I stopped by the performance center on the way home from a vacation in may of 2014 just to check it out and see what cars they had. I ended up getting to explore and see pretty much everything there which was awesome! I think I even went in a place or two I wasn't supposed to. I talked with one of the instructors, Andrew, for about 20 minutes in the parking lot while we watched the m5 do hot laps. I believe he may have been the same guy mentioned in the OP. He was very nice, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, as well as welcoming to me. I remember he was driving a track prepped Miata.

M school is something I plan to do in the next year or so, so very happy to have read this very informative review. One thing I will say is I wish I could have done M school back when they had the big NA V10s and V8s, but the F chassis cars will certainly do!
