Pirelli Trofeo R's ?

Anyone tried them, they do 265/35 20 and 305/30 20 as well as 295/30 20

I've not tried them personally but they came up in recent conversation with my local Tuning Shop (Velos in Miami) and they said early indications are this tire is supposed to be very good.

From what everyone says the grip is amazing, but the treadwear is abysmally low. From the tread pattern I'd say there's near zero rain drivability too whereas at least with MPSC2 can at least drive in the rain, albeit you need to be like a grandma.

I've been on Vredesteins for about 6 months and love them. They don't get a ton of love on here but great IMO.

Interestingly the 'new' Trofeo R's are supposed to be 80% better for wear

I like running the michelins, they seem to be better then most for everyday conditions and almost always have higher dry grip then tires in the same category. I wouldn't expect much life out of any of these tires when driving these cars how they are meant to be driven lol. I have heard good things about the Trofeo R's as well.
