NEED HELP! KW HAS , car is at shop now can't figure out whats wrong

Suspension is all done rears sir ok , front is all the way down and is sitting high , he says he did it correctly but can't figure out what the issue is , if anyone can help and let me know what it could be that would be much apppeciated

Make sure the purple perch is pushed down enough. Check against the specs in the manual. I had a similar issue.

It was figured out one of the perches were not all the way down
