IND painted Grilles- M stripes?

I'm a bit torn here. If I had black paint and blacked out theme, then the M-stripes would be a sure thing IMO. The pic that IND has showing the M-stripes on a black M5 are what sold me on the idea in the first place. And I was sure I would opt for them when I ordered my grilles for my Space Gray/Black 343's M5...
But now after seeing MY M5 in person and pics...and after the tints... I'm kind of thinking the M-stripes might take away from the Black & Gray theme I have going. The all black grilles could be a bit cleaner and meaner looking without the M-stripes...??.?
Another option would be to get the M-stripes but have them tinted so they're not so 'bright'. Spoke to Nate at IND about this and he thought it could be cool considering all my windows are tinted.
I've attached a pic of my car.
What would you do?

Agree with skipping the M stripes. Less is more.

Wow... The results are Overwhelmingly slanted towards All Black grilles. Kind of makes me want to do the stripes just to be different!!

No stripes. Agree that less is more here to go with the understated M5 sleeper look

I say go with M stripes and black out all the chrome parts (grille, side markers and door handles).

I have the Space Gray also and thought I'd show you the various things I've done to the car so you may see what you like and don't like for yours. All personal choice of course, and since we're not in the same town, if the cars turn out to be very similar not a big deal. The pictures were taken at various times, but do show most of the changes. I painted the stock rear diffuser black and then used a clear coat with matting agent to give it the "frozen" look. The stock exhaust tips are powder coated semi-gloss black. The roof paint is gloss black to match the door trim. The side vent grill is Sakhir orange as an accent and to match the interior.

Definitely no M stripes. I cringe when I see that on M's.

Tinted headlights. Reminds of a 1989 Beretta with GTS headlight covers.

Thanks Used2be! I appreciate your help.

I think you've all changed my mind with the grilles. Worst case... I can add the stripes later via vinyl if I really want to.
