Considering M5 in Valencia Orange
Morning, I am thinking of changing the 1M to the new M5. I am gutted to be even saying this, but I need more space etc... So I wondered does anyone know if you can get the M5 in Valencia Orange? would help keep the memories alive at least, plus think it would look great?

Morning,
Shouldn't this be on the M5 thread? You might get more sympathy over there. After struggling so hard to get my hands on a 1M its difficult for me to understand why someone would want to part with one. Keep it and get a X something for space! |

Just had a look for you and unfortunately it does not come in VO but Sakhir orange - http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=706776.
Shame to see you go after all the nice mods you have done. Let me know if you decide to make the change. Will you be leaving your cosmetic mods as they are for sale? |

Especially since you are in the UK where BMW Individual would do just about anything for $, I am sure you can get it. Heck, even here in the US you can now get several Individual colors, and for even more coin other colors in the ///M palette.

I am sure I have seen an M5 on the homepage in that colour of late. One of the Australian members has an E92 M3 in VO (and a VO 1M) so anything is possible.

Have you sat in or driven a new 5 series? My advice, check out a new 3 series (and 5 if you haven't already.) The new M3 will be out in the near future (hopefully in sedan version) and might be the perfect size. Of course, the M5 is available now so this suggestion might be moot but the 5 is gigantic while the 3 might be ideal. Just my .02, trying to help a brother out.

Here is an M6 in Sakhir Orange. I rather like the color. Its very close to VO, but its not as burnt in indirect light(dusk/night). And under direct (day)light its more darker(I think) than VO. VO has more sparkle to it in direct sunlight. I've also seen some F10's in this color. They looks good. The first time I saw this color on an Individual 5er(F10) I thought it was VO!
IF you have an extra 5K for Individual paint go for the VO! M6 in Sakhir Orange seen at the Welt...

Here is the M6 in SO I saw while at Lime Rock. Notice how it looks a lot more dull than when seen under direct sunlight/fluorescent indoor lighting.
