2014 M5 stats/changes?

Any one hear about the changes in the 2014 MY that are going to be brought in? I'm really surprised there is sooooo little in the LED department. Even the current c-classes are pimped out. Is there any reason to hold out for next year or just go for the US 2013 MY and see what the after market brings?

Test drive one, and You will forget about LED immediately.

Way too early to speculate what 2014 m5 will have as changes. We (US) haven't even gotten full option info and pricing yet for the 2013 M5.

Yeah it'll just be a shame if i pulled the trigger, given that i can even find an allocation, and in the new year they come out with an updated facia. It's been out for close to a year now in Europe so an update is imminent imo. But with a two year lease you wouldn't lose much, just update at the end of lease.

F10 5 series and M5 do have LED (Light Emitting Diodes) for daylight-running-lamps, parking lights, turning signals, side lights and everything else. It's the headlights that you switch on at night that aren't LED and honestly from F13 6 series that I can't tell the difference.

Is it because of the warranty and regional settings that people from US don't order a car from Germany and other places? Sorry for off-topic.

This is what im talking about. In the 6 series they have LEDs in the front bumper. As is popular with all major car manufacturers today.

Correct me if I'm wrong but i think it has to do with safety regulations and carbon footprint regs.

No ///M car has had LEDs or anti-fog lamps in their bumpers. That's a render photo.

Look at the 6 series at the back of the line up. That's at a dealership in Canada, not a rendition. The LEDs are coming boys. I just don't want to get stuck with an out dated look as early as next year. That would blow.

But on a second note, you may be right about the M car not getting leds. That isn't an m6 from what i can see.

The M5 and M6 dont get foglights
You are looking at a regular 6 Series with M Sport kit
