Local dealer is saying that rates went up. Just trying to confirm.

I think residual stayed the same and mf just slightly lower.

Residuals have improved a little. 36 months 15,000 miles 51%, 12,000 miles 53% and 10,000 miles 54%.

FYI - $1500 finance/lease credit is not available in April

If thats the case, definitely shop elsewhere for a better rate since BMW's rates are not competitive. With good credit you can currently get 1.74% which will save you more than $1500 depending on what you plan to put down.
