Break-in Service near Potsdam / Berlin

I have emailed the dealership requesting ability to do break-in service on Oct 6 (Saturday) in Potsdam: http://ah-ehrl-gruppe.bmw.de/de/ah_e.../de/index.html

It appears that they are open for service from 9AM->1PM at that location.

Is that ample time to complete the service?

What have others been paying (I know it is reimbursed, just curious).

Of course, if someone has experience with this dealership (positive or negative) and wants to chime in, that would be perfectly fine.

Note:
I'm driving back to Munich airport on Sunday before turning in the car on Monday and flying out. So I think it would be fun to have the car past the break-in service for that final drive on the autobahn...

Yes I did my Break-In Service in Trier, Germany and it took them 4 hours.

You just have to make sure that it is 100% clear that you want them to complete it that day. I had to reiterate several times how important it was for us to get the service done as quickly as possible. Even when we got there, our German Service Advisor tried to tell us it was going to take 7 hours to complete it that day and we said that was too long. We simply explained our situation that we were on vacation and needed to get the servicing done ASAP. You have to do this or else they will put it as low priority.

Good luck.

Unfortunately, no response via email. Contacted them today via phone as it is getting a bit late for an October 6th service appointment.

The answer was they only have 1 mechanic on Saturdays and do not have the parts available already. Thus, they would be unable to do the service. Through the week is OK but not on Saturday.
