High RPMs, car wont move

Hello, I have an issue with 2012 m5. When I start accelerating from start, the car doesnt move, although Rpms are hitting 2000 rolls. I have tried on refreshing gearbox software, but it didnt help. Maybe anyone got any ideas where should I look, because my local mechanics cant find a solution (they checked the clutch, its still in good condition). As soon as the car starts moving from 2100 Rpms, everything else seems fine. Would appreciate any help!

Attaching the link, as you see Rpms 2000 and the car is not moving! - https://ibb.co/gwXr35

Sounds like maybe the dct's clutches are going. How did they check them?

They dismantled the gearbox and dismantled clutch and checked the clutches visually, they say if it would be the clutches it should feel on other gears as well, as the rpms would go up, but the car wouldnt have speed

Why did they dismantle the transmission? If everything is fine above 2000rpm and there is no unusual debris in the transmission pan is most likely a problem somewhere between the engine and transmission. Clutch pack would be one thought. Is it tuned? ECU is the other thought. Have they looked for error codes from the transmission ECU or Engine ECU's?

Another simple thought would be to check all four wheels off the ground to see if one of your brake calipers is locked.

At the moment I'm putting new gear box in. The car was not tuned, however after dismantling it again, we noticed that the flywheel and other part, which meaning I can't find in English, was not in the best condition, so it was cheaper to purchase used, good condition gearbox, than those parts, so we will see go it will go, they should end work this week will update after..
